WHEN PROVIDING YOU WITH A SLOVAK READY-MADE COMPANY, WE TAKE CARE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  1. preparation of all necessary documentation to effect the changes in ready-made company
  2. organisation of the General Meeting approving all the changes in the company further to our clients requirements
  3. acting on behalf of the company before state authorities
  4. filling of the documents to the Commercial Register and assistance with the registration of the changes in the company
  5. certified translations
  6. issuance of trade licences (if requested)
